DAY 1
Andwee Gabwell finally put down the glass of Coke that he had ordered four hours earlier at the Sunshine Terrace Bar. Hidden behind his hologlasses and from the viewpoint of a remote table he had been keeping his target under constant watch.
The target’s name was Kleon Willflow. While seemingly looking at the gorgeous girls assembled around the swimming pool, Andwee had in fact spent these hours rows after rows of datainfo through his hologlasses. The data was about the millionaire owner of the Alfalfa Sea corp, a division of an even larger corporation called the Renewable Energy Islands International.
The REII was an economic empire based on the production of cheap and unlimited energy.
Conglomerates of hexagonally shaped artificial islands, deployed in every maritime areas, gulfs, seas located on the Equator proper and in the maritime areas along the tropics, were the source and the channel used in collecting the clean energy converted from the seawater.
This energy was then sold to any customer, countries, corporations, entities who needed it.
REII’s business was understandably growing exponentially at a time when seventy-five percent of the lands were completely depleted in terms of natural resources or sources of energy. The rivers had long dried up…
